Shipping Charges:


Shipping charges are calculated by our staff,  based on dimensions, weight and by zip code. We select the freight carrier who provides the best service and the lowest rate available to your location.


Curbside Delivery: All shipments are curbside delivery only. The truck driver will only drive the equipment to the property's nearest entrance. 


If you do not have a receiving dock or a forklift, please request a lift gate delivery service at the time of purchase.


Lift gate Delivery:This service is available for an additional cost. A lift gate will only lower the goods off the truck. 

You are responsible for the merchandise once it is lowered to the ground.


Damaged Orders:


In the event your shipment is damaged in transit, we advise you to refuse delivery.

You must fully inspect the items at the time of delivery and note condition on the 

delivery receipt.

Uncrate and remove packaging, to ensure the product is in acceptable condition.

In the event of minor repairs or "cosmetic" damages, Customer Service can assist 

with ordering replacement parts or panels and initiating a freight claim.

Save all packaging materials and/or take photos of the damages in the event that 

the freight carrier opts to inspect the damaged merchandise after delivery.


Cancelled Orders:


If you cancel any part of your order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for the full amount of roundtrip shipping and handling charges, plus any applicable restocking and repair fees. The exception is for damaged equipment refused at the time of delivery.Custom orders may be cancelled only before they enter the production period.

No Refunds. Store Credit or Exchange, Within Three Business Days. Non-Used Equipment in Original Box, Including all Literature.
