Sammy's Restaurant Equipment is a well-established reseller of new and high-quality commercial kitchen equipment, imported from all over the world.
In business for over 40 years, we were well known on the Bowery in New York City, and moved to Atlantic Avenue in 2014, where we operate in one of the largest restaurant equipment warehouses in New York City. Restaurant managers, owners, chefs, kitchen designers and more know that our business is a one stop solution for all their equipment and restaurant supply needs.
Shipping:
Many of our small items are shipped with Fedex Ground. Shipping is calculated by weight and a minimal handling charge is added.
You can pick up HEAVY ITEMS at our store (1006 Atlantic Ave, Brooklyn NY) or arrange with us for a local delivery private trucker (NYC Metro area with some exceptions) for an additional charge.
For larger or heavy items where UPS delivery is not available, please do not check out until you have arranged shipping with us, unless you are picking up at our warehouse. We will give you a shipping quote and instructions about how to add the shipping cost to your checkout total.
If there are any problems filling your order within three days, we will contact you ASAP.
Taxes:
We are required by law to charge sales tax to residents of New York.
Checkout:
We provide secure checkout with Paypal. If you cannot check out with Paypal, please contact us and we will discuss other methods of payment outside of our web checkout.
Returns:
Items purchased from our website may not be returned unless you received a wrong or defective item. Please contact us for a return authorization number. All products returned must be in brand new condition with original packaging. Under no circumstances can we take back an item that has been used. Your refund will be issued within 5 business days of receiving your package and after undergoing an inspection.
Please note that we track serial numbers on all items for fraud prevention.
