This heavy duty commercial machine will roast up to 35 pounds of meat on its sturdy skewer. It has two 25000 BTU burners for a total of 50000 BTU's of gas cooking power. The flaps on this model make it more efficient by deflecting more heat back at the meat. Four independent controls for added precision cooking.
