Featuring a compact, but powerful 1/3 hp motor and streamlined design, the Omega OFS20 slushy/granita machine offers ample power without sacrificing counter space. Ideal for any establishment, this granita machine has a durable stainless steel and high-impact black plastic frame suited for fast-paced environments and daily use. This unit utilizes a continuous agitator system to ensure product freshness and features a non-drip dispensing mechanism.
The machine includes two clear, durable polycarbonate hoppers, each with a 3 gallon capacity. The lighted top panel illuminates the product, generating greater customer appeal. An elegant stainless steel cooling cylinder, frame, and front panel work with a black body and drip trays to create a striking appearance, but one that will not overpower product presentation. Removable hoppers, auger arms, drip trays, and back panel make cleaning and reassembly quick and easy.
The Omega OFS20 features a modest three-switch control panel. Each switch corresponds to a hopper and simply flipping the switch to the UP position starts the motor and begins the cooling process.
