Toastmaster TMGM36 Description
The Toastmaster TMGM36 NG griddle is controlled with manual 1⁄4 turn gas valves that make operation simple and reliable. Each of the griddle's three burners is equipped with its own control, so cooks can create custom cooking zones across the griddle to fry up a variety of products simultaneously. Those burners are spaced evenly every 12 inches for an even temperature gradient.
The griddles 3⁄4-inch-thick griddle plate makes for even heat distribution and an easy-to-clean surface that helps prevent food from sticking. A spatula-wide grease trough makes it easy for cooks to scrape grease and debris into the stainless steel grease drawer. Along three sides of the griddle are splashguards to help keep grease off surrounding walls, equipment, and work surfaces.
