This half-size convection oven offers four different functions: bake, convection bake, roast, and broil. The 4.2 cubic feet capacity allows it to easily fit 4 half-size sheet pans. The 1700 watts of output give this convection oven plenty of cooking power. With a temperature range of 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, anything from simple reheating to broiling can be achieved with the WCO500X. Clean up is easy with a stainless steel interior and exterior that can be wiped with a wet towel. The double-wall glass door allows the user to check on food while keeping heat locked inside.
